Background
Our Story
The City of Poway marketed a parcel of land for more than
ten years at Scripps Poway Parkway and Stowe Drive. No
local or nationally recognized restaurant operators saw
opportunity given the heavy daytime-only audience in the
area.
However,our team recognized the need for a modern
lifestyle hotel.
We are pleased to share our vision and plans for this
property.3

Our Story
Most visitors traveling to Poway are staying outside of the city to
find hotel rooms or get the hotel experience they are seeking.
This hotel would keep visitors and their spending in Poway.
