This document affects APN 317-480-16 (TPM 87-09 and TTM 89-14)
RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and
Division I of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, Marvin o. and Gladys C.
Ramsey, Raymond A. and Marjorie S. Whitwer, Robert C. Faulk, Robley and
Linnie Haley, and Larry R. and Marla R. Faulk did enter into a Covenant of
Improvements recorded September 22, 1982 as Document No. 82-293238.
Said Covenant consists of the following improvements:
C. ROAD IMPROVEMENTS (Private)
1. The private easement road along and centered on the northeasterly
boundary between Parcel 2 and Parcel 4 shall be constructed within
the easement. It shall be a graded and well-drained road surfaced
with three inches (3") of decomposed granite or better and having a
minimum surfaced width equal to or greater than that determined by
cross-slope as set forth in the Grading Standards under Section
8I.706(c) of the County Code. The surface shall be stabilized with
a bituminous treatment or approved equal on any roadway grades of
12% or greater and on any dip section. There shall be no roadway
grades exceeding 25%.
A registered civil engineer or a licensed land surveyor shall provide
a signed statement that: "The private easement road along and
centered on the northeasterly boundary between Parcel 2 and Parcel
4 is constructed within the easement."
2. A permit shall be obtained from the Department of Transportation
for the improvements to be made within the public right-of-way. A
copy of the permit and evidence from the issuing agency that all
the requirements of the permit have been met shall be submitted to
the Department of Transportation with the Engineer's or Surveyor's
statement.

The road improvement obligations are declared to be satisfactorily met
by the Conditions of Approval and development requirements of TTM 89-14 and
are hereby dispelled. All other covenants shall remain in effect.
