The Temporary Car Storage Easement is located on a portion of Parcel 1
of Parcel Map No. 15255 in the City of poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, June 6, 1988 as File No. 88268984. The purpose of
recording this Corporation Quitclaim Deed is to divest all interest
in and to the Temporary Car Storage Easement described above.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed
or grant dated July 31, 1991, from Chrysler Realty Corporation to the Poway
Redevelopment Agency, a political corporation and/or governmental agency, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the Board of
Directors pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. R-87-18 adopted on
July 21, 1987, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
