GRANT OF EASEMENT
SLOPE
Joel D. Lovett and syliva L. Lovett, Husband & Wife, as Joint
Tenants (hereinafter "Grantor") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY
(hereinafter "Grantee") its successors, or assigns, an easement
for slopes and drainage structures, over and across that certain
real property in the city of Poway, County of San Diego, state of
California, described as follows:
(See attached legal description and exhibit plat)
The Grantor hereby reserves for himself and his successors or
assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage
structures or portions thereof, when in the written opinion of
the City Engineer of Grantee, the necessity therefor is removed
by substituting other protection, support and/or drainage
facility, provided such substitution is first approved in writing
by said Engineer.
The Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee all trees, growth
(growing or that may hereafter grow), and road building materials
within said easement, including the right to take water, together
with the right to use the same in such man~er and at such
locations as said Grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary,
in the construction reconstruction, improvement or maintenance of
said slope.
The Grantor, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns,
hereby waives any claim for any and all damages to Grantor's
remaining property contiguous to the easement hereby conveyed by
reason of the location, construction, landscaping or maintenance
of said slope.

County of San Diego, State of California according to Map No. 6486, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of said San Diego County described as folIows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 177, distance thereon North
88059'47" West 27.00 feet from the Northeast comer of said Lot 177;
Thence South 31025'06" East a distance of 28.95 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line
of said Lot 177, said point being South 26009'35" West, as measured along said Easterly
line, a distance of 27.00 feet from said Northeast comer;
Thence North 26009'35" East along said Southeasterly line a distance of 27.00 feet to said
