RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS ;1
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Division
I of Title 16 "Subdivisions and Other Land Use Regulations," of the Poway
Municipal Code, Majid Hatami and/or Sharon Neal Hatami did enter into a
Covenant of Improvement Requirements recorded November 30, 1982 as Document
No. 82-368670 and noticed on TPM 17097, recorded Parcel Map No. 12466 as
required by Section 66411.11 of the Government Code.
2. Said Covenant consists of the following improvements:
Street improvements along Adrian Way and drainage appurtenances thereto.
3. The work has been completed.
4. Said improvements have been reviewed based upon inspection and have been
accepted by the Department of Engineering Services.
5. The aforementioned Covenant is therefore of no further force and effect.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Department of Engineering
Services nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of
the construction of installation of said improvements.
