RIGHT OF ENTRY
FELINO A. AND MARIA A. PASCUAL
(hereinafter "Grantor") hereby grants to
POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (hereinafter "Grantee"), its successors, or assigns,
an easement for construction of asphalt parking strip and related work, over and
across that certain real property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, shown on the attached plat.
The "Grantor" hereby further grants to "Grantee" all trees, growth (growing or
that may hereafter grow), and road building materials within said right-of-entry,
together with the right to use the same in such manner and at such locations as
said "Grantee" may deem proper, needful or necessary, in the construction,
reconstruction, improvement or maintenance of said roadway.
The "Grantor," for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives
any claim for any and all damages to "Grantor's" remaining property contiguous
to the right-of-entry hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping or maintenance of said roadway.
This right-of-entry shall expire and become null and void upon final acceptance
of the street and Storm Drain Improvements on Community Road from 500' South of
Aubrey Street to Twin Peaks Road.
All responsibility for maintenance of said parking strip shall revert to the
"Grantor" upon the above acceptance.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 8 of Block 6 of Piermont, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 331, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly right of way line of Community Road as shown on Parcel
Map No. 3844 filed as No. 75-139728 in the Office of said County Recorder, said point being
48.91 feet Northerly, as measured along said Easterly right of way line and its Southerly
prolongation, from the centerline of Aubrey Street, also as shown on said Parcel Map, said
point also being the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having of radius of 16.00
feet;
Thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle 89040'41" an arc distance of
25.04 feet;
Thence South 00026'22" West a distance of 3.00 feet to the Northerly right of line of said
Aubrey Street;
Thence North 89033'38" West along said Northerly right of way line a distance of 15.89 feet
to said Easterly right of line of Community Road;
Thence North 00"07'03" East along said Easterly right of way a distance of 18.91 feet to the
