TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 91-04
Staff report by City Manager Bowersox. This is a request for a temporary use
permit for a rally to support the troops in the Persian Gulf at 1:00 p.m. today.
Staff recommends approval.
Motion by Councllmember Hlgginson, seconded by Councilmember Emery to adopt
Planning Resolution No. P-91-09 entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of
the City of Poway, California, Approving Temporary Use Permit 91-04."
Motion carried unanimously.

COASTAL SAGE SCRUB AND GNATCATCHERS
Director of Planning Services Wright-Quastler introduced Dr. Patrick Mock,
biologist with ERCE, who gave a slide presentation regarding Coastal Sage Scrub
and the California gnatcatcher.
