The City Manager's designee has determined that the property having the above legal
description has had construction modifications lacking the necessary .permits, inspections
and approvals. This is in violation of the Poway Municipal Code as listed below:
Poway Municipal Code, Section 17.54.020
The record owner of the Property has been duly notified, and given an opportunity to
correct the violation. Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code Section 1.08.010(V), this notice of
violation may provide for denial of any application for approval by the City until the original
violation has been corrected. Additionally, civil fines may have been issued and/or are •

spa built on your property without the necessary permits. Please provide a timeline as to when
you intend to submit plans and bring your property into compliance within fifteen (15) days-from
