A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ERIC HEIDEMANN AS ITS
REPRESENTATIVE TO SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Steve Vaus, Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and appointed Eric
Heidemann to serve as the representative on the San Diego County Water Authority Board of
Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves said designation and appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
SECTION 1: The designation and appointment of Eric Heidemann as Poway's
representative to the San Diego County Water Authority Board of Directors is hereby approved
beginning April 22, 2020, for a six-year term.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Poway, California on the 21st day of April, 2020 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: MULLIN, LEONARD, GROSCH, FRANK, VAUS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
DISQUALIFIED: NONE
