RESOLUTION NO. 05-082
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING A REVISED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2005, the City Council of the City of Poway adopted the
amended City of Poway Financial Program for Fiscal Year 2005-2006; and
WHEREAS, a multi-year Capital Improvement Program has been developed to
provide needed public improvements, new and reconstructed facilities, and acquisition
of parkland, for incorporation into the Financial Program; and
WHEREAS, on January 15, 2002, the City Council adopted a resolution finding
that the proposed Capital Improvement Program is consistent with the adopted Poway
General Plan pursuant to Section 65401 of the State Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
Section 1: The additional appropriations for the Poway Capital Improvement
Program listed in Exhibit "A" are to be made.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 30th day of August 2005.
