RESOLUTION NO. 05-085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
DANIEL MALONE
WHEREAS, Daniel Malone has fulfilled requirements in the areas of leadership,
service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Malone has advanced through the ranks of Scout, Tenderfoot,
2nd Class, 1 sl Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Malone has obtained 36 merit badges in various educational,
community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of Scoutcraft
skills; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Malone has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway
hereby commends Eagle Scout Daniel Malone for his efforts and achievements in
Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
the regular meeting this 20th day of September 2005.
