the following described real property in the County of San Diego, State of California:

That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 14 South,
Range 2 West, San Beranrdino Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, described in deeds to the County of
San Diego, recorded April 13, 1976, as File/Page No, 76-108156 and
recorded May 11, 1977, as File/Page No. 77-179518 in the Office of the
County Racorder of said County.
By accepting the interests conveyed herein the City of Poway agrees to maintain
such area as a public park, amusement or recreational area for the benefit and use
of all residents of the County pursuant to Government Code Section 25550.5.
This conveyance is made on condition that should the property herein conveyed not
be used pursuant to Section 25550.5 of the Government Code then all right, title
and interest herein conveyed shall revert to the County of San Diego.
