CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Government Code § 54956.9(d)) One (1) Case City Attorney Alan Fenstermacher announced that a report out of any action taken during Closed Session, if any, would be done at the next Regular City Council meeting. Mr. Fenstermacher announced that there was no reportable action taken at closed session held May 19, 2020.
