I have received yaur recent request regarding the temparary suspension of yaur monthly rent
at the Hamburger Factory. On behalf of the City, I wanted to thank you for yaur efforts to
serve the community in these unprecedented times.
In yaur March 23 correspondence with Sarah Becker, you noted discussing filing a claim with
your insurance agent. At your earliest convenience, please provide a capy af the formal claim
submission. Please keep the City apprised of the status of your claim and the final
determinatian from the insurance company.
The Gity of Poway agrees ta the suspension of rent until the City of Poway proclaims the
termination af the Local Emergency. Following the terminatian of the Local Emergency, all
suspended rent payments shall be due 180 days thereafter, unless a mutually agreed upon
payment plan is developed and executed.
