ADDITIONAL MATERIALS Poway, September 3rd, 2020 To our city officials We have received a notice from EDCO regarding a change in service which will impact us negatively. We are located in an area of Poway where the residential lands are at least 1 acre. It means a LOT of maintenance to ensure we are keeping the land safe from brush fires. We put in the trash bundles of branches regularly and we have quite a bit of green tr,-\and three 95-gallon green waste carts will NOT fulfill our green recycling trash needs. •~ This is a major reduction of service for us. Maybe we could get one day per month of green recycle pickup for branch bundles and extra cans? Could you please work with EDCO to make sure Poway residents with larger lands have enough service to ~ collection needs so we can ensure safety on our lands and city.
