ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 22, 2005
The September 22, 2005, Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Poway, was called to order at 7:45 a.m. by Mayor Cafagna at the Poway Community Library
Meeting Room, 13137 Poway Road, Poway, California.

Mayor Cafagna explained the procedures for Public Oral Communications. There was no one
present wishing to speak.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Cafagna called for a Closed Session as requested by the City Attorney.

COUNCIL RECESS
Mayor Cafagna recessed the meeting at 11 :30 a.m., for lunch. Mayor Cafagna called the
meeting back to order at 12:20 p.m. All Councilmembers were present with the exception
of Councilmember Higginson.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Cafagna adjourned the meeting at 3:00 p.m., to September 23,2005
at 1 :00 p.m., Poway Library Meeting Room, 13137 Poway Road, for an Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Poway City Council.
