The City Manager's designee has determined that the property having the above legal
description has had unapproved grading, cargo container, and junk accumulation activity.
This is in violation of the Poway Municipal Code as listed below:
Poway Municipal Code, Sections 8.80.040, 17.54.020, 17.26.040(A), 13.09.070 and
16.42.010
The record owner of the Property has been duly notified, and given an opportunity to
correct the violation. Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code Section 1.08.010(V), this notice of
violation may provide for denial of any application for approval by the City until the original
violation has been corrected. Additionally, civil fines may have been issued and/or are
owed to the City in relation to the violation on this property.
