a previously approved project (TPM 08-002)which approved a two-lot subdivision of a 2.2-acre parcel located
at 12251 Sunwood Trail,in the Rural Residential C (RR-C)zone.This time extension is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)ofthe CEQA Guidelines inthatthis action has no
possibilityof aneffecton the environment.Environmentalreview was conducted pursuantto CEQA inconjunction
