AN CRDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PO~AY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING ODNDITIONS FOR
ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAPS AND
RESCIBDING RESOLUTION NO. 99

Section 1:
Parcel maps are defined, for purposes of this ordinance, as divi-
sions of real property into four (4) or fewer parcels.
Section 2: Conditions to be applied to parcel raps:

Schools
The subdivider shall enter into agreements with the Poway
Unified School District in a form satisfactory to the Poway
City Council. Said agre~rents shall provide for the payment
to the District of such sums of money or other consideration
which the City determines will mitigate the impact of the
subdivision upon said District.
Parkland Dedication Fees
As a condition of any subdivision of property, parkland dedi-
cation fccs shall be required.

Other Mitigation Fees
All other circulation element fees, off-site drainage fees,
traffic signal fees, shall be applied to parcel maps con-
sistent with the procedure used for a major subdivision.
Section 3:
Insofar as those requirements contained within Title 8, Chapters 6
through 8, referring to minor subdivisions, are inconsistent with
those requirements contained within this ordinance, the require-
ments herein shall prevail and to the extent Title $ is incon-
sistent with this ordinance, Title 8 is null and void.
Section 4:
The provisions of this ordinance, insofar as they are substan-
tially the same as existing provisions relating to the same sub-
ject matter, shall be construed as restatements and continuations
thereof and not as new enactments.
Section 5:
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption
and shall within fifteen (15) days of adoption be published with
the names of the Councilmembers voting for and against the same in
the Poway News Chieftain, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed and circulated within the City of Po~y.

Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Po~y held the 30th day of November, 1982, and thereafter PASSED AND
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 7th day of December,
1982, by the following roll call vote:
