Beginning at a point on the Westerly boundary of said Parcel 64 dis-
tant thereon South A' 35' 53" West 25.14 feet from the Northwest
corner thereof; thence retracing the last course to the Northwest
corner of said Parcel 64, thence Northerly, Easterly and Southerly
