RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Division
I of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, Four Flags West, Inc. did enter
into a Covenant of Improvement ReqUirements recorded March 17, 1977 as
Document No. 77-097588 as required by Section 66411.1 of the Government
Code.
2. Said covenant consists of the following improvements:
A. Private Improvements
1. Drainage improvements built to County of San Diego standards shall
be constructed to carry the peak runoff from a 100-year flood on
the watercourse which flows through the property.
2. If the outlet velocity of storm water from the drainage improve-
ments is greater than the velocity of storm waters under natural
conditions, a velocity dissipator shall be required at the outlet.
3. Prior to issuance of building permits on any of Parcels 1 through 3 of said
Parcel Map 5717, a state registered Civil Engineer has certified that the
existing improvements are adequate to insure that the proposed structures
are free from flood damage in a 100-year flood.
4. The City of poway has revised the County of San Diego plan for the above
required drainage improvements. The existing improvements for the area
covered by said covenant will be adequate when the Master Plan of Drainage
Improvements is installed in Midland Road.
5. The City of poway hereby releases the covenant for Parcels 1 through 3 of
Parcel Map 5717.
