The centerline of said strip of land is more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Lot 29; thence South 76000'00" West along the North line of said Lot 29, ]95.64 feet to the centerline of an existing 20 foot wide City of Poway water easement recorded August I, 1990 as file/page 90-420961. Thence along last mentioned centerline 16.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 76000'00" West, 49.00 feet.
