8, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in
the City of poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Official Plat thereof.
Being more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 10.00 feet of that portion of said North Half of
the Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 8, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Official Plat
thereof, as granted to James P. Gormican and Gail C. Gormican,
