A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF A PORTION OF AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION LYING WITHIN PARCEL MAP NO. 10643
WHEREAS, under that certain irrevocable offer to dedicate real property,
recorded on September 10, 1980 as Document No. 292271 in the office of the
County Recorder, there are offered for dedication for public street purposes
certain strips of land, and
WHEREAS, said offer of dedication was never accepted, and
WHEREAS, because of the impendin9 street improvements to Golden Way, it is
in the best public interest that a POrtion of said irrevocable offer of dedica-
tion be now accepted for public use for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of poway does hereby accept for public use for street purposes
the following:
a. A portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 10643 recorded October 30,
1980 in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California. Said portion being designated on said Parcel Map as
"Existing Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property for Road
Purposes Plus Slope Rights Granted to the County of San Diego By
Document No. 80-292271 Rec: 9-10-80 Book 1980 of O.R.," and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18 of Township
14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said point also
being the Northwest corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 10643 as
recorded October 30, 1980 in the office-of the San Diego County
Recorder; thence Southerly along the Westerly boundary of said
Parcel Map No. 10643 South 00016'56" East 50.02 to the true point of
beginning, said point also being on the Southerly edge of the poway
Road street dedication as shown on said parcel map thence, con-
tinuing along said Westerly boundary South 00016'56" East 174.98
feet to the Southwest corner of said Parcell, said point also being
a point on a non-tangent 48.00 foot radius curve concave Northerly,
a radial to said point bears South 00016'56" East thence Easterly
along the arc of said curve a distance of 33.08 feet through a
central angle of 39028'54" thence leaving said curve along a non-
tangent line North 00016'56" West 142.22 to the beginning of a
tangent 20.00 foot radius curve concave Southeasterly, thence along
the arc of said curve a distance of 31.93 feet through a central
angle of 91028'10" to a point of cusp, said point also lying on the
Southerly edge of the poway Road street dedication as shown on said
map, thence along said Southerly right-of-way North 88048'46" West
50.53 feet to the point of beginning.

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPRDVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 7th day of August, 1990.
