LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Parcel 6, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, as
shown on Record of Survey Map No. 4056, recorded in Official Records as File No. 149691, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Avenida FIorencia (60.00 feet wide),
per road easement, as reserved and shown on said Record of Survey, to the County of San
Diego, recorded March 18, 1957 in Book 6498, pages 173 through 176 of Official Records in the
Office of said County Recorder, with the Southwesterly line of said Parcel 6;
Thence North 15049'41" East along said Southeasterly line a distance of 57.91 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 270.00 feet;
Thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 21015'45" and arc distance of
100.19 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Parcel 6;
Thence South 65' 50'27" East along said Northeasterly line a distance of 23.14 feet to a point
