That portion of Parcel 29, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, as
shown on Record of Survey Map No. 4056, recorded as File No. 149691 of Official Records, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of a line parallel with and 15.00 feet Southerly, as measured at
right angles, from the Northerly line of said Parcel 29 with the Westerly line of Avenida
Florencia (60.00 feet wide), per road easement to the County of San Diego, recorded March 18,
1957 in Book 6498, page 173 of Official Records in the Office of said County Recorder, as
reserved and shown on said Record of Survey;
Thence North 89' 15'27" West along said parallel line a distance of 253.97 feet to the beginning
