LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Parcel 5, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, as
shown on Record of Survey Map No. 4056, recorded in Official Records as File No. 149691,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Avenida Florencia (60.00 feet wide),
per road easement, as reserved and shown on said Record of Survey, to the County of San
Diego, recorded March 18, 1957 in Book 6498, page 173 of Official Records in the Office of
said County Recorder, with the Southwesterly line of said Parcel 5;
Thence South 65050'27" East along said Southwesterly line a distance of 23.14 feet to a point
on a non-tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 80.00 feet, a radial to said
point bears North 60"28'47" West;
Thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 22019'59" an arc distance of
31.18 feet;
Thence North 51051'12" East a distance of 103.11 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 80.00 feet;
