That portion of Parcel 7, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, as
shown on Record of Survey Map No. 4056, recorded in Official Records as File No. 149691,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Avenida Florencia (60.00 feet wide),
per road easement, as reserved and shown on said Record of Survey, to the County of San
Diego, recorded March 18, 1957 in Book 6498, page 173 through 176 of Official Records, in the
Office of said County Recorder, with the Northeasterly line of said Parcel 7;
Thence South 64042'31" East along said Northeasterly line a distance of 24.37 feet;
