Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114.2 of the Streets and Highways
Code, the undersigned City Clerk of the City of Poway (the "City") is recording this
addendum to the Notice of Assessment recorded pursuant to Section 3114 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California as Document No. 96-0204087 .
Notice is hereby given that several assessments, set forth on Exhibit "A"
ATTACHED HERETO, assessed on the lots, pieces and parcels shown on the filed
assessment diagram referred to in the Notice of Assessment have been paid in part
and that the associated lien against those lots, pieces and parcels has been discharged
in part, to the extent indicated on Exhibit "A" ATTACHED HERETO.
Notwithstanding the recordation of this Addendum, the lien of the Contingent
Assessments (as defined in the Notice of Assessment and related documents) remains
in effect with respect to parcels shown on the filed assessment diagram until
recordation of an additional Addendum to the Notice of Assessment indicating
discharge of such Contingent Assessments. This Addendum and its recording has no
effect on the authority of the City with respect to any identified parcel by reason of its
inclusion in the assessment district or assessment for the work, acquisition, or
improvements.
