NOTICE IS GIVEN that Map No. 13163, City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
tiled in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on November 14, 1994, is in error, and is
corrected in accordance with (Section 8770.5 of the Land Swveyor's Act), or (Section 66469 of
the Subdivision Map Act) as follows:
1. The Northeast corner of Lot 4 and the Northwest corner of Lot 5 are lead and disc Stamped
"L.S. 6706" in Boulder.
2. The Northeast comer of Lot 3 and the most Southerly corner of Lot 4 are lead and disc Stamped
"L.S. 6706" in concrete.
