PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing at the time and
location notedbelow to considerthe following item:Tentative Tract Map(TTM)21-001;a request forapproval of a
second one-year time extension for a previouslyapproved project (TTM16-005)which subdividedthe project site
into 10 residential lots rangingin sizefrom one toseven acres thatare clustered in the westernportion of the site,
and includes 59 acres of open space.The project site is located at the easterly terminus of Larchmont Street.An
approximate nine-acre area inthe westerly most portion of the site,is in the Rural Residential C (RR-C)zone,and
the balance of the site is in the Rural Residential A (RR-A)zone.This time extension is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)ofthe CEQA Guidelines inthatthis action has no
possibilityof an effect on the environment Environmentalreview was conducted pursuant to CEQA in conjunction
with the original approval.
