RESOLUTION NO. 06-013
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
BENJAMIN S. ROLLINS
WHEREAS, Benjamin S. Rollins has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Benjamin S. Rollins has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Benjamin S. Rollins has obtained 23 merit badges in various
educational, community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Benjamin S. Rollins has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway
hereby commends Eagle Scout Benjamin S. Rollins for his efforts and achievements in
Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
the regular meeting this 7th day of March 2006.
