The City Manager's designee has determined that structures on the site are being occupied
without the benefit of a Certificate of Occupancy being granted by the City. The recorded
owner of the Property had been duly notified, per the signed agreement for the release of the
electric meter dated September 3rd, 2020 (attached), that occupancy was not allowed prior
to final inspection by the Engineering, Planning and Building Divisions.

AGREEMENT
REGARDING RELEASE OF ELECTRICAL METER FOR
FILHART RESIDENCE

I hereby request the release of the electrical meter located at 18585 Deer Valley Estates. I acknowledge
that the release of the electrical meter does not authorize occupancy of on-site structures and I will ensure
that no structures on the site will be occupied until occupancy has been granted by the City subject to
passing final inspection by the Engineering, Planning, and Building Divisions to the satisfaction of the
Director of Development Services. I agree to the City holding $2,000 in grading securities as a "good
faith" security for the purpose of ensuring final inspection and occupancy approval. I understand that the
security will not be released until final occupancy approval is granted. I further agree that any occupancy
of any structure pi for to final in�?pection and approval, will result in an immediate Notice of Violation
recorded on the ti I of th€ pro erty.
