In the first paragraph of the "Housing Density Bonus" section on the third page of the report, the density bonus in incorrectly stated as five percent. The correct density bonus is 20 percent. The corrected sentence is as follows: Since the developer will be providing one dwelling unit for a qualified very-low income family, a density bonus of five percent 20 percent can be applied to the gross density of the 4.77-acre parcel.
