RESOLUTION NO. 06-060
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE AND
ALTERNATES TO THE CALIFORNIA JOINT
POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY (CJPIA) AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 06-001
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member ofthe California Joint Powers Insurance
Authority (CJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all voting rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The following are designated as Director and Alternates of the
CJPIA for the City of Poway:

Merrilee Boyack, Council member
Robert Emery, Councilmember
Don Higginson, Councilmember
Betty Rexford, Council member
Rod Gould, City Manager
Tina White, Director of Administrative Services

2. Resolution No. 06-001 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 18th day of July 2006.
