NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the
following item:Variance 21-001;a request to allow a proposed 120-square-footmailroom to encroach into the
front yard setback at 12421 Aria Court within the Aria Estates subdivision and the Rural Residential A (RR-A)
zone.The proposed project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)as
Class 5 Categorical Exemption,Section 15305,in that the project involves a variance to reduce the front yard
setback and will not result in changes in land use or density.
