Award of Agreement with BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., LaBahn's Landscaping,
and Steven Smith Landscaping, Inc. for Landscape Maintenance Services
The purpose of this memorandum is to correct two clerical errors that were found in the agenda
report.
In the first paragraph of Attachment B "Agreement with LaBahn's Landscaping" on page 74 of the
report, the contractor is incorrectly stated as "BrightView Landscaping Services, Inc." The correct
contractor is LaBahn's Landscaping.
Additionally, on the signature page of Attachment C "Agreement with Steven Smith Landscaping, Inc."
on page 141 of the report, the contractor is incorrectly stated as "BrightView Landscaping Services,
Inc." The correct contractor is Steven Smith Landscape, Inc.
