RESOLUTION NO. 06-074
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
STEVEN EDWARD WANCEWICZ
WHEREAS, Steven Edward Wancewicz has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Steven Edward Wancewicz has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Steven Edward Wancewicz has obtained 26 merit badges in various
educational, community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Steven Edward Wancewicz has completed the community service
project demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of poway
hereby commends Eagle Scout Steven Edward Wancewicz for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
the regular meeting this 5th day of September 2006.
