This is a preliminary draft and not a legal record. Meetings | Regular City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings | Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, a local legislative body is authorized to hold public meetings via teleconferencing and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public seeking to observe and to address the local legislative body, during the period in which local public officials impose measures to promote social distancing. Although this Regular City Council meeting will be held at the Council Chambers located at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, CA 92064, the Council Chamber will not be open to the public.
