CUP 21-001 & MDRA 21-001 •Hybrid meeting (in person and virtual) was held by the applicant on August 5th. •15 attendees including applicant team and the staff planner. •Concerns raised from attendees regarding use of facility, noise, architectural compatibility with neighborhood, vehicle trips, and parking. Neighborhood Meeting •Follow-up neighborhood meeting was held in person on September 14th. •One neighbor was in attendance. •Design changes were presented to address architectural compatibility concerns. •Potential operating conditions were discussed to address concerns with the use. Second Neighborhood Meeting •No clinics open to the public, no memberships, and no commercial use of the property. •Notification of neighbors and approval from Director of Development Services required to have more than 15 people at facility. •Soundproofing is required to attenuate noise. Conditions for Private Recreational Facility •Five off-street parking spaces shall be maintained on site. •All outdoor lighting shall be provided with shields and/or screening. •The private recreational facility shall not to cause any nuisance or disturbance to the neighborhood.
