First I noticed that it seems not all departments were included in all reports. The reports seem to cover 2 week periods and coincide with council meetings, but there are gaps in what is reported. So for this request I would like the following: -The Directors' Notes going back to 2010 or as far back as they go (whichever is *least*) -Any reports from departments that would be included in the above unless there is a Directors' Notes that coincides. As an example 3/25/2020 did not have a directors' notes provided, so I would like any department reports between 3/11/2020 and 4/8/2020. These most likely coincide with 3/25/2020 (every 2 weeks). Just a quick note of dates missing reports from the initial request: 1/1/2020, 3/25/2020, 5/6/2020, 12/30/2020. -Sheriff reports for 2/27/20 - 6/4/20 (they were not included in the Directors' Notes) -Any "weekend" reports from the sheriff (saw this once, but didn't see it in any other provided reports) AND Request regarding directors notes: I would like to receive all copies of these as they become available on a rolling basis through the end of 2022. Also for the Facebook records request two other groups which were active and I had notes on, but weren't in the list when I just typed the request is: Poway Trump Supporters, and Protect Poway. Closed 12/30/21 for non- response of clarification request 2021-205 Newton, Stewart All city records mentioning or discussing Facebook groups, or links from Facebook with additional consideration for groups council joined or participate in where possible. Since some groups may be private and potentially allow for violations of the law, I would also like to have any information related to how the city addresses these concerns to ensure the public is not deprived of its right to participate or blocked from participation with council (especially in light of court cases). There are many groups, and it seems some may have been deleted or moved to private and unsearchable. Currently I am aware of: Moms of Poway (multiple smaller spin offs and variations) Poway Neighbors (several other similar groups but significantly smaller) South and North Poway Vote, Poway Underground, Poway Community and Neighbors, Generation Poway, All things Happening in Poway, Poway Under the Underground 92064 I think there are several more, but they may be irrelevant with very few people or limited engagement.
