The Importance of Battery Storage
•Battery energy storage is proven, reliable and cost-effective
•It works on a daily basis: it will be charged during the day when clean solar
energy is abundant and it will discharge in the evenings when the sun sets
•Nighthawk will be capable of supplying ~300,000 homes for 4 hours
•Energy storage is different from traditional power generation: it is beneficial
to be located close to the load
