5)Allow for lot coverage to exceed 35 percent (four lots)
Density Bonus Waiver Requests
•A Pre-Development Conference was held for this project on
April 6, 2021.
•There were seven speakers from the public.
•Council provided feedback and requested that a formal traffic
study be prepared with a formal project submittal.

•Comments included concern about drainage, access from
Holly Oak Way, and the utilization of State Density Bonus Law
