Meetings I Regular City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings I Regular City Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, CA 92064, the Council Chamber will be open to the public. Public participation is encouraged in a number of ways as described below. Members of the public may attend the City Council meeting in person, watch the City Council meeting live online, or participate remotely via Zoom. Regular City Council meetings are broadcast live on Cox Communication Channel 24 and Spectrum Channel 19. Council meeting videos are archived and available for viewing on the City's website. IN-PERSON SPEAKERS: Persons wishing to address the Council on matters not on the agenda may do so under Public Comment. Those wishing to speak on items on the agenda may do so when the item is being considered. Please submit a Speaker's Slip to the City Clerk prior to the meeting or the announcement of the item. All comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. Revisions to Full Time Equivalent (FTE) counts in the Finance Department and Community Services Department, Two New Position Classifications added to the City of Poway Position Classification Plan, an Update to the Temporary Employee Salary Schedule to Comply with California Minimum Wage Requirements and Updates to Related Salary Schedules City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council: 1) adopt a resolution adding 1.0 FTE Senior Accounting Technician in the Finance Department and reducing the Confidential Senior Administrative Assistant FTE in the Finance Department from 0.75 to .50; adding 1.0 FTE Recreation Coordinator classification and increasing the Administrative Assistant II from 0.66 FTE to 1.0 FTE in the Community Services Department; approving changes to the City of Poway Position Classification Plan by adding two new classifications of Deputy City Clerk and General Maintenance Worker I -Temporary; updating the Management/Confidential Salary Schedule effective September 20, 2022; and 2) adopt a resolution approving changes to the Non- 3 of 4 Regular City Council Meeting September 20, 2022
