Exempt from theCaliforniaEnvironmentalQuality Act (CEQA)asa Class 3Categorical Exemption (Conversion of
SmallStructures),pursuant to Section 15303(c)of theCEQAGuidelines,inthatthe project involvesa conversion
of anexistingsuite to accommodatea 1,500-square-foot expansion to an existing veterinary clinic which does
not exceed the 2,500-square-foot limit under this exemption.
