INSPECTION
The Farm
Stoneridge Country Club Lane (G21-0001) - Grading continues and is approaching final grade in the
upper lots of the Bungalows and continues in The Meadows near the intersection of Cloudcroft Drive

section of the site.
The underground contractor completed the work on the private force main in the public right-of-way

pervious asphalt areas. Sidewalk has been placed with exception of the ADA ramp where signal light
modifications have begun. Footings have been installed for the new push button pole and pedestrian
protective railing. SDG&E was onsite last week to perform the tie-in for the lot lights and determined
that the existing electrical feed was not sufficient. SDG&E needs to upgrade the existing electrical
equipment in the right-of-way prior to providing power.
