They greet patrons with a friendly smile, scan tickets, assist in concession, open the house and seat patrons, and are trained in emergency evacuation procedures.  They also look pretty sharp in front of the theatres new holiday décor.  In the last two weeks, Poway Symphony Orchestra performed for an almost sold-out house and New West Ballet hosted four performances for 1,513 fans of “The Nutcracker”.
