NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will holda PublicHearing at thetime and
locationnotedbelowto consider the following item:Conditional UsePermit (CUP)22-001;arequestforapproval
to construct a wireless communication facility (WCF)on property located west of,and adjacent to,12601
Cobblestone Creek Road,within theRural Residential A (RR-A)zone.TheWCF willbeoperatedby DISHWireless
andwill consistof three12-foot-tall steel poleswithonepanel antennaand two remoteradio headsmounted on
eachpole,andan equipmentcabinet mounted ona concrete pad.Theproject is Categorically Exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA),as Class 3 Categorical Exemption,pursuant to Section 15303(d)
of the CEQA Guidelines,in that the project involves theinstallation ofa small newtelecommunicationsfacility.
