City Council came out of Closed Session at 4:16 p.m. and City Attorney Fenstermacher
reported: By a 4-0 vote, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute the Joint Use
Agreement with the Poway Unified School District for the Poway Center for the Performing Arts,
as revised by the PUSD Board of Education at their October 13, 2022 public meeting.
