The City of Poway hereby vacates the Conservation Easement Deed recorded on November 18,
2016 under San Diego County Recorder's Office Document Number 2016-0632526 on property
located on the south side of Poway Road at Millards Road (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 321-271-
06), and more particularly described as all the portion of the south half of the northwest quarter of
Section 8, Township 14 South Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Poway, County
of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the San Diego County Recorder Office.
This easement will be replaced by an Biological Conservation Easement under a separate
instrument.
